Delivery costs are based from our yard in Ripon where we have warehousing facilities to maintain the safe storage of timber products all year round.
Our delivery costs are based on tonnage and postcode search.

I’ve Ordered…What Next?
Within 48 hrs of checkout, our customer service agents will telephone you to arrange a convenient delivery date and be on hand to liaise with you about time scales to book in times to fulfil your order requirements. If we are unable to contact you or leave a message we will email you with the telephone number of the head office so that you can contact us to arrange the delivery. We currently only accept BACS payments. Payment for most goods can be made via the information we provide you with either via phone or email. If you are a specialist professional wishing to purchase creosote products we will need to verify the purchase prior to taking any payments. Please note: It is important that you provide the correct customer contact and delivery information for your order to be processed efficiently. We take no responsibility for this and any incorrect information that we are provided with may incur additional cancellation / restocking charges should fulfilment not be met on the date of delivery as a result.

When Do You Deliver?
Our delivery wagons operate within our normal working hours which are:
Monday to Friday: 8am – 5.30pm.
Saturdays: 8am – 12.30pm.
We do not provide delivery services on Sundays or on Bank Holidays, unless special provisions have been made beforehand with our customer service teams.
Please note: Specialist items may take longer to deliver and delivery times may be extended during weeks that contain Bank holidays and over the Christmas period.
Secondary Delivery Zone (within 60 miles)
Local deliveries within a 15 mile radius of our yard in Ripon will carry Delivery costs inside our secondary delivery zones take into account: Distance, mileage & weight of haulage. These will be calculated via postcode searches and automated inside the Checkout process only up to a 60 mile radius of our depot.

More than 60 Miles Away
I’m more than 60 miles away – what options do I have?
For deliveries stretching beyond our 60 mile drop off zone – (and for same-day orders weighing in excess of 3 tonnes) – we use a courier service for deliveries to the mainland UK which is £150.00.
Please note, in these circumstances there is a minimum bulk order value of £850 for nationwide deliveries.
Northern Scotland, the highlands and Ireland are POA (priced on application).

Your delivery costs should be displayed to you on the Checkout page as you fill out your customer details & intended delivery address prior to making the purchase. Courier Accessibility: Entrances, sites and yards must be checked for sufficient vehicle widths / turning circles prior to booking.
COVID-19 UPDATE: To stay in line with government guidelines regarding Covid-19 our delivery drivers are operating solo. We take social distancing seriously and abide by the 2 metre rule. This may affect some types of bulk delivery such as concrete corner posts that require manual handling. We will only accept BACS payment and we will leave materials in a safe place to avoid any possible contact with our customers. This policy will be in place for the foreseeable future until the lock down and social distancing rule is lifted.
Deliveries are curbside only, unless agreed otherwise. A signature is required on delivery of goods either on paper or via our digital app.

If you are unable to attend site to receive the delivery then you can sign for the receipt of goods prior to drop off, but this is at the customers own risk. We do not take any responsibility for any theft or damage to items under these circumstances but do evidence the safe delivery of all materials. If you have any further instructions for delivery to the site please provide these to our head office.
Assistance is required for all deliveries that are carried on to site at the discretion of our drivers, and for heavy items such as bulk pallet orders or concrete fencing products you must have the machinery or 2 or more able-bodied workers on-site to assist with unloading.
For bulk goods delivered to site you may need to organise unloading logistics with a forklift or telehandler. Please liaise with your foreman or site manager about this prior to our arrival. Our courier services do have hiabs. Please get in touch if you feel that a courier service would be a more suitable option. Nationwide deliveries by couriers will be delivered on a large pallet that will need to be unpacked by the customer.
RETURNS POLICY
In line with distance selling for telephone orders you have the right to return goods and obtain a refund within 14 days of purchasing. For goods and materials bought as seen (face to face), the eligibility to obtain a refunds is within 7 days in receipt of goods. All returning goods must be clean and unused and still in their original packaging (if applicable). Any custom made panels, gates, timber cut to length or items built to specification cannot be returned unless faulty.
IMPORTANT NOTICE – TAKE NOTE
A 10% restocking charge will be applied and goods must be returned at the customers own cost.
Delivery costs cannot be refunded and a 10% restocking fee will be applied.
